Learn about the Cretan way of life, sipping on a Greek coffee at a local 'kafeneio".
Visit a few villages in the Apokoronas area and take short walks around the village, photo stops and discover monasteries and churches enroute. You will be visiting a cheese factory and taste the local products like mizithra, anthotiro and graviera. Taste the fresh local bread and biscuits in a traditional village bakery. Our day will end with a traditional meze style lunch at a local kafeneio, where the old boys sip a raki or Greek coffee and twirl their worry beads.
